Master Zhu Tiancai

Master Zhu is from Chen Village and a 19th Generation member of Chen Family and Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan. He is a champion of many district and national level competitions in China. Master Zhu Tiancai studied from Master Chen Zhaopei and Master Chen Zhaokuai. Master Zhu is considered one of the four Tigers of Chen village along with Wang Zian, Chen Zhenglei and Chen Xiao Wang.

Master Zhu was accompanied by Master C.P. Ong who translated in english. Master Zhu spoke at lenght about the history of Chen style Taiji and the basic differences of the old, new and short frames. He demonstrated a short sample (about 10 movements) of each form and explained in detail why the forms were different and their historical roots.
